7th Grade Pre-High School Placement Test

  • You must be registered to sit for the test.
  • Students must be in 7th Grade to sit for the test.
  • There is a $25.00 non-refundable fee to register. 
  • One student per form.
  • Check in begins at 7:40AM in front of the school. 
  • Registration will be limited to the first 100 registrants.
  • The exam should end around 11:30AM

The High School Placement Test (HSPT®)

For over fifty years, academic high schools nationwide have used STS’ High School Placement Test (HSPT®) to assist with admissions, scholarship selection, and curriculum placement. The HSPT® is a comprehensive placement test for eighth graders for placement in the ninth grade. It provides a maximum of information in only one morning's testing time.
