Director of Facilities
The Director of Facilities oversees and supervises all aspects of maintenance of physical plant and grounds at Saint John Paul II Academy, including:
Responsible for training/supervision/evaluation of maintenance staff
Establishes daily work assignments
Supervises and directs setup of facilities for events
Maintains clean and safe work environment
Maintains effective communication with school administration
Verifies that facilities are in compliance with local authorities and assists in coordinating visits with inspectors as required
These are only a sampling of duties. Other tasks, responsibilities, and duties will be assigned as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Florida Drivers License
Complete all necessary screening and background checks as required by the Diocese of Palm Beach.
Salary is commensurate with experience. The Director of Maintenance reports to the President.
