Eagle Parent in Partnership Program
At Saint John Paul II Academy, we believe education is a partnership with our families. The Eagle Parent in Partnership Program invites parents to support our mission by sharing their time and talents within our school community.
Each SJPII family is asked to complete 10 volunteer hours per year.

Ways to Get Involved:
Volunteer opportunities are shared through email, the weekly newsletter, and school communications. There are many opportunities to get involved across campus life, including:
- Parents Association and Dads Club events
- Admissions and Open House support
- School-wide events and annual Alumni Events
- Athletics, clubs, and student activities
- Campus ministry, retreats, and field trips
In-Kind Donations
Donations of goods or professional services that benefit the school may be eligible for volunteer hour credit with administrative approval.
How to Log Hours
Parents are responsible for tracking and submitting their hours through the SJPII Parent Portal. Simply log in, select your family member, and enter your service details in the Service Hours section. https://www.sjpii.net/parent.cfm
- Log in to the Parent Portal (District code PJ-FL)
- Click on Family on left side menu list
- Click Family Home
- On the top in the center, select the Family Member who completed the service hours
- Click "Add+" in Service Hours section (middle section)
- Indicate the date, description and hours served and submit.
Volunteer Requirements
For the safety of our students, volunteers working directly with students must complete a background check and the Protecting God’s Children (Virtus) program. Please contact Mrs. Eileen Cassidy (ecassidy@sjpii.net) for details.
