COURSE SELECTION

  • Freshmen Course Selection is due on 2/29/2024.
  • After 2/29/2024, sign and email your course selection to: Admissions@sjpii.net 

TRANSCRIPTS

  • Official/Final 8th grade report card/transcript must be received no later than 7/10/24.
  • Email to SJPII Guidance Department Attention: Mrs. Cassidy at ecassidy@sjpii.net

HEALTH FORMS
(Health forms are obtained through your doctor or clinic)

  • Original State of Florida School Entry Health Exam Form HRS #3040, dated between 8/12/23 and 8/12/24
  • Mail or drop off original, completed, legible and signed health forms to: Saint John Paul II Academy, Attn: SJPII Clinic Office, 4001 N. Military Trail, Boca Raton, FL 33431

ATHLETIC FORMS

FHSAA EL2 Physical Form - Sport forms are only valid for 1 year from the signature date.  
FHSAA EL3 Consent Form - Sport forms are only valid for 1 year from the signature date.

  1. Complete Summer Reading assignments. Summer Reading lists for the 2024-2025 school year will be on our website after 6/1/2024. Click SUMMER READING for more information.
  2. Purchase school uniforms. Click UNIFORMS to visit our website for the uniform policy and click the Risse Brothers logo to visit their website. 
  3. Purchase PE Uniforms, Men's Uniform Ties, Spirit Wear and Outerwear at our Campus Store. The Campus Store is open school days from 2:30- 3:15PM. For summer hours, watch your email for announcements. 
  4. Start accumulating Community Service Hours for the 2024-2025 school year after 6/1/2024. Click SERVICE to visit our website for information and forms. 
  5. Review the Calendar of Important Events. Click PARENT PORTAL and pull up the latest Weekly Newsletter for a link to the latest calendar.  
  6. Arrange student parking. For information about student parking click PARKING. Students who do not drive will receive Drop Off decals to use to enter the school lot at orientation.
